Ms. Gusman is a former appointee to the Hawaii State Department of Transportation. As Special Assistant to the Director, she managed special projects, developed and advanced the Department's legislative initiatives, represented the Department in intergovernmental and community affairs, and coordinated efforts among the Department's divisions. Her previous experience also includes positions as Communications & Promotions Coordinator and Assistant Marketing Manager for General Growth Properties.
Ms. Gusman received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Communication Arts from Loyola Marymount University.
