Lisa S. Hirahara

Lisa S. Hirahara joined Watanabe Ing LLP as an associate in October 2004, practicing in the areas of government, regulatory affairs, and land use.

Prior to beginning her legal education, Ms. Hirahara spent two years as a legal assistant and paralegal in two Seattle-based law firms.  While attending law school, she served as a research assistant to Professor Robert Aronson and as a clerk to E.E.O.C. Adminstrative Judge Zulema Hinojos-Fall.  Ms. Hirahara also represented low-income taxpayers in resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service through the University of Washington clinical law program.

She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
